Another Dinner

Thanks to Emily for taking initiative and organizing a dinner at Shun Lee Cafe. Shola Friedensohn was in town from Cambridge so she was our surprise guest visitor this time.


Arthur Levy and his wife Andrea were in attendance too. Their son Jake is a freshman at NYU and loving it. He tolerates the occasional visit from the parental units although their tolerance for dorm hygiene makes their visits rare. But he can make it home to Riverdale pretty regularly.


Wendy Caplin and her husband Larry Harlow were in attendance too. Harlow should be granted an honorary Brandeis diploma for having endured so many of these evenings.



Emily and Harlow look as if someone is mentioning the Bush administration here!


Ruth Katz brought gifts for us. I got birdseed in a cute makeup case. Perhaps I should adorn my eyelids with millet! (Hmm, some bird might peck my eyes out--too much like a Greek tragedy!)

All a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to the next event!
